Pay: $40,000 –$50,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Perform system clean-up and data maintenance across internal platforms
- Create and maintain process documentation and step-by-step procedures for sales and order workflows
- Enter customer orders received via email into the ERP system
- Pull and compile reports from multiple systems and Excel to support the sales team
- Assist with maintaining organized documentation around order processing, pricing verification, invoicing, and shipping notifications
Required:
- 2 years of experience in sales operations, order processing, or data-focused administrative work
- Experience in consumer goods, wholesale, or retail distribution
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Customer service experience
- Experience with NAV Business Central
