Responsibilities
- Create digital marketing ads and social media content using information provided by the sales team.
- Prepare marketing packets, presentations, and promotional materials for client meetings and visits.
- Assist with sales support activities, including updating reports and maintaining client information.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and make friendly reminder calls regarding past-due invoices.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
- Support special marketing projects and business development initiatives as needed.
- Previous experience in marketing, sales support, customer service, or an administrative role preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to prepare professional marketing materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with Canva or similar marketing software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable speaking with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Positive, outgoing personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
