Key Responsibilities of the Revenue Manager
- Analyze property performance, leasing trends, and operational data to support revenue strategy across a multifamily portfolio
- Partner with onsite and operational teams to provide recommendations around pricing, occupancy, and revenue opportunities
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to support strategic alignment and business performance
- Develop and maintain reporting, forecasting, and analytical models to support leadership decision-making
- Translate operational and financial data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, asset management, and leadership teams to drive portfolio performance
- Support strategic initiatives tied to revenue growth, market positioning, and operational effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Real Estate, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in revenue management, multifamily operations, asset management, pricing analysis, or related fields
- Experience within multifamily, real estate, property management, or operational finance environments preferred
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to communicate recommendations confidently to operational stakeholders and leadership
- Experience interpreting market trends, operational performance, and financial data
- Adaptable, ambitious, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
