- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4 years of leadership experience or 5 years of progressively increasing responsibility
- Strong background in healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis
- Professional coding certification preferred (AAPC‑CPC, AHIMA‑CCS, or PMI‑CMC)
