Key Responsibilities - Resident Relations Specialist
- Respond to resident and vendor inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage and close communication tickets related to resident concerns, lease renewals, rental inquiries, complaints, and general questions.
- Route and assign tickets to the appropriate property teams or managers as needed.
- Follow up on open inquiries to ensure prompt resolution and excellent customer service.
- Utilize a ticketing system to track, update, and monitor service requests.
- Assist with a project aimed at reducing ticket backlogs and improving response times.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and customer interactions.
- Provide administrative support related to resident relations and customer service functions.
- Previous resident services, administrative support, or office experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new software applications.
- Experience with ticketing systems is a plus; Zendesk experience is preferred, not required.
- Experience with Yardi is preferred but not required.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Salary : $41,600 - $49,920
