Responsibilities Of The Receptionist

• Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Answer and route incoming phone calls while providing exceptional customer service.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate departments and assist with general inquiries.
• Maintain the visitor sign-in process, and issue visitor badges.
• Receive and direct deliveries to the appropriate departments.
• Pick up, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
• Monitor office product inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Keep the reception area and common areas clean, organized, and presentable.
• Operate standard office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, calculators, and computers.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to office staff as needed.
• Assist with general office duties to ensure daily operations run efficiently.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications For The Receptionist

• 1–2 years of receptionist or front desk experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
