- Manage import/export compliance, including harmonized tariff classifications, customs documentation, and trade regulations
- Maintain accurate supplier records and ensure compliance with ISO quality management requirements
- Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and purchasing data to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
- Review and administer supplier contracts while ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and company procurement standards
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to verify incoming shipments, resolve discrepancies, and inspect materials for quality concerns
- Track and document nonconforming incoming materials and assist with corrective action processes
- Support ISO compliance efforts, audits, and internal quality initiatives
- Provide backup support for internal auditing activities and assist during external and internal ISO audits
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field preferred
- 5 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost analysis skills
- Experience with inventory control, sourcing strategies, and procurement software systems
- Working knowledge of international shipping, customs processes, harmonized tariff codes, and trade compliance regulations
- Familiarity with ISO quality management systems and supplier qualification processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance operational needs, cost objectives, and supplier performance
