- Monitor vacancies, unit turnover, work orders, and leasing-related activities.
- High school diploma required.
- 2-4 years of residential property management experience.
- Real Estate License preferred.
- Knowledge of property inspections, housing compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- RAM, COS, LIHTC, or CMM certification required or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire. Experience with Yardi Property Management Software preferred.
