Key Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle accounting for an assigned portfolio of properties, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, supporting schedules, and variance reports
- Record journal entries, accruals, and adjustments in accordance with GAAP
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger balances, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Manage cash activity, including tenant receipts and disbursements to vendors
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property accounting
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
