What You'll Do
- Set up and maintain projects within the ERP system, including rate tables.
- Prepare and analyze accounting entries and general ledger transactions.
- Partner with Project Managers on project billings and accounts receivable collections.
- Oversee subcontractor compliance requirements.
- Process subcontractor invoice payments while building positive vendor relationships.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable balances.
- Review and reconcile project contracts and subcontracts.
- Support Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle, including project closeout activities.
- Competitive salary range of $85,000 - $100,000, depending on experience.

- Three or more years of experience in project accounting, construction accounting, general ledger accounting, or a related area.
- Experience with Vista/Viewpoint accounting software is a plus.
- Prefer experience with State projects
- Strong accounting and reconciliation skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable preparing reports and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
