Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 Bonus

Responsibilities

• Manage full project accounting lifecycle (setup through closeout)
• Review contracts, budgets, and billing terms for accurate project setup
• Partner with project managers on cost tracking, billing, and performance
• Prepare invoices, pay apps, and supporting documentation
• Monitor AR, collections, and billing discrepancies
• Perform reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting
• Support project closeouts and audit requests
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of project accounting or related experience
• Experience with project billing, job costing, or WIP preferred
• Exposure to AR and collections in a project environment
• Strong Excel and communication skills
• Ability to learn new systems/ERPs quickly
