Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle accounting for assigned properties and development projects
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
• Support accounting activities related to development and construction projects
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial reporting requirements
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Collaborate with Project Accountants, Accounting Managers, and operational teams
• Support a variety of asset classes across the company's diverse portfolio
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 2-5 years of accounting experience
• Public accounting and/or audit experience preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Stable employment history demonstrating progression and commitment
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
