Key Responsibilities
- Perform construction accounting functions, including AIA billings and prevailing wage work
- Provide AP/AR support, including invoicing, payment coordination, and resolving discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain accurate project financial reports
- Support month‑end close (journal entries, reconciliations, reporting)
- Partner with operations and estimating to develop and maintain project budgets and compliance
- Ensure data integrity across internal systems
- Maintain GAAP compliance and assist during audits
- Handle special projects and stay current on industry best practices
- 2 years of accounting experience
- Experience in the construction industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Experience with prevailing wage environments
