What You’ll Do
- Manage procurement of direct and indirect materials to support manufacturing operations
- Source, negotiate, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met
- Partner closely with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to support production needs
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to pricing, quality, or delivery
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procurement best practices
- 3–5 years of procurement experience, in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of supply chain, purchasing processes, and supplier management
- Experience working cross‑functionally with manufacturing or operations teams
- Solid negotiation, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable working in a hands‑on, onsite manufacturing setting
