- Own plant month-end close, financial reporting, and variance analysis
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and operational financial planning processes
- Analyze inventory, costing, labor, and manufacturing variances
- Partner closely with plant leadership to improve operational and financial performance
- Develop reporting and financial analysis to support plant decision-making
- Monitor plant KPIs and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operations
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of plant financial data and controls
- 7 years of accounting/finance experience with at least 2 years of Plant Controller experience
- Strong background in food or CPG manufacturing environments
- Hands-on experience with inventory accounting, costing, and manufacturing variance analysis
- Experience owning budgets, forecasts, and month-end close processes
- Strong Excel and analytical skills with comfort working heavily in data
- ERP experience required
- Strong communication and operational business partnering abilities
Salary : $135,000 - $150,000
