We are seeking an Plant Controller to support financial analysis, reporting, and compliance for a growing manufacturing segment. This role partners with the Segment Controller and leadership team to drive financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily financial analysis to support Manufacturing, Operations, and Management decisions.
- Assist with monthly close, journal entries, and preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.
- Review and analyze balance sheet, P&L, variances, and cost models to ensure accuracy and provide insights.
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reviews with corporate finance.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements through testing and reporting.
- Support process improvements in cost management, discretionary spend, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive financial analyst or accounting experience.
- Strong experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP/database systems.
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
