What You’ll Do

- Manage plant expenses, vendor invoices, and monthly reconciliations
- Oversee inventory accuracy (receiving, counts, adjustments, costing)
- Maintain daily KPIs and support monthly close financial statements
- Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and account reconciliations
- Analyze direct/overhead costs vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods
- Manage PO process and fixed asset capitalization
- Support budgeting, standard cost updates, and ad-hoc analysis
- BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
- 1–2 years of accounting experience; manufacturing preferred
- Cost accounting & inventory experience a plus
- Strong Excel and ERP skills (Oracle preferred)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a plant environment
