Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll exceptions, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Analyze payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
- Utilize Excel to manage and reconcile payroll information.
- 5 years of payroll experience.
- Multi-state and international payroll experience required.
- Strong payroll tax and compliance knowledge.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.
- ADP experience.
- Construction, manufacturing, or related industry experience.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Comfortable working with large data sets and payroll reporting.
- Able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
