- 3 years of payroll experience, preferably in construction
- Experience with certified payroll, prevailing wage, and/or union payroll
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Multi-state payroll experience
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation
- Experience with construction accounting or ERP software
