Key Responsibilities – Payroll Specialist
- Process weekly and biweekly payroll for a multi-state workforce
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including deductions and benefits
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee payroll issues promptly
- Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits as needed
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams on payroll-related matters
- 2 years of payroll processing experience preferred
- Knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or similar platforms)
- Strong understanding of payroll laws and tax regulations
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general accounting principles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Salary : $45,000 - $58,500
