- Serve as the primary administrator for payroll and HRIS systems
- Ensure payroll accuracy, tax compliance, and timely wage payments
- Generate payroll, labor, and compliance reporting for leadership
- Manage payroll audits, reconciliations, garnishments, and year-end processing
- Partner with HR and IT on HRIS enhancements, integrations, and system upgrades
- 5 years of payroll experience, including leadership or management responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll platforms (ADP, UKG, Workday, Paycom, Ceridian, or similar)
- Knowledge of multi-state payroll processing, payroll taxes, and compliance regulations
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills with a process-improvement mindset
- CPP certification preferred but not required
- Experience managing payroll for 300 employees
- Strong understanding of HRIS data management, system implementations, and reporting analytics
- Ability to troubleshoot payroll and HRIS issues while providing exceptional internal customer support
