- Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll ensuring accuracy in wages, deductions, and tax withholdings
- Administer employee benefits including health, dental, retirement, and leave programs
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper payroll and benefits data integrity
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
- Partner with HR and Accounting to reconcile payroll and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Manage onboarding/offboarding payroll changes, benefit enrollments, and terminations
- Assist with year-end reporting including W-2s and benefit audits
- 2 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, ideally in a manufacturing or high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and Excel
