Salary: $60,000–$90,000

Key Responsibilities For The Operations Supervisor

• Prepare teams and resources for upcoming project work
• Guide crew members and provide on-the-job coaching
• Review field performance, project quality, and production results
• Manage the allocation of labor, materials, and equipment
• Keep project and production records accurate and up to date
• Identify issues that could affect schedules, costs, or project completion
  
  

Qualifications For The Operations Supervisor

• Experience supervising crews within a production, construction, landscaping, or other field-based setting
• Demonstrated experience planning work and coordinating labor and resources
• Familiarity with project costs, quality standards, and safety practices
• Knows basic Microsoft Office skills
