- Play a key role in implementing a new ERP system (Microsoft Business Central) across the organization

- Broad, high-impact scope spanning production, quality, purchasing, maintenance, and supply chain
- Influence strategic planning around capacity, resource allocation, and process improvement
- Consistent, predictable schedule — 5-day work week, fully onsite
- Lead all plant operations, including production, quality assurance, purchasing, and logistics
- Develop operational strategies supporting productivity, safety, and cost-efficiency
- Monitor production KPIs (throughput, yield, downtime, on-time delivery) and drive improvements
- Manage manufacturing schedules, staffing levels, and resource allocation
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for production issues
- Develop and monitor operational budgets and capital expenditures
- At least 5 years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain management in a managerial/leadership capacity
- Must have manufacturing experience
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/365 suite
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central a plus)
