About The Opportunity – Office & Billing Administrator

Our client, a well-established electrical services organization, is seeking a dependable Office & Billing Administrator to support daily administrative and basic accounting functions. The role is 100% onsite and works closely with a small, easy-going team in a focused, head-down environment.

Key Responsibilities – Office & Billing Administrator

• Provide general office support, including occasional phone coverage, sorting mail, copying, and maintaining office supplies
• Manage and organize large volumes of paper documentation submitted weekly by field staff
• Perform billing data entry
• Enter accounts payable data accurately and efficiently
• Maintain spreadsheets and support basic Excel-based tracking
• Ensure paper trays and office equipment are consistently stocked and operational
  
  

Qualifications – Office & Billing Administrator

• Professional office demeanor and strong attention to detail
• Ability to adapt and pivot
• Excellent attendance and timely
• Pro-active worker: Example – Checking if enough paper is always in printer/filling paper tray in printer when empty
• Eagerness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities
• Prior administrative experience; construction or electrical industry experience is helpful
• Experience with Sage 100 is a strong plus
• Proficiency in Excel for data entry and spreadsheet maintenance
• Must be able to pass a drug screen, including THC
