What You Do
- Manage incoming office communications.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and other office software.
- Process company documents including contracts, change orders, purchase agreements, proposals, billings, and payroll.
- Support accounting functions such as accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle filing, proofreading, mail management, and general administrative tasks.
- Provide assistance to staff and executives as needed.
- Competitive pay: $30–$35 per hour.

Salary : $62,000 - $72,800
