Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, production capacity, and material availability.
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely product delivery.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address changes in demand, material shortages, equipment downtime, or other disruptions.
- Lead planning reviews and maintain forecasts for materials and resource requirements.
- Analyze production and inventory data to identify trends, improve scheduling accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely availability of materials through effective procurement planning and supplier coordination.
- Maintain accurate scheduling documentation, reports, and records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices in planning and scheduling.
- Follow all applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, including GMP standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or materials management within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
