- HYBRID work environment: flexible, but at least 2-3 days onsite/in office
- Base salary: $110,000-$130,000 10% bonus potential

- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5–10 years in accounting, treasury, credit, or financial operations
- Strong management experience required (must be able to lead and develop team members)
- Strong AR/AP knowledge
- Experience transforming and automating financial operations
- Solid analytical skills and Excel proficiency
- Oversee AR, AP, cash management, cash forecasting
- Lead, develop, and mentor the team — identify special projects to stretch capabilities
- Manage bank reconciliations and banking relationships
- Coordinate audit requests
- Drive process transformation and automation initiatives
- Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, etc.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
