What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as a financial partner to operational leadership across multiple locations
- Lead budgeting and forecasting for assigned areas
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Prepare and present financial results to managers and leadership teams
- Support reporting initiatives, special projects, and operational improvements
- Perform data analysis to answer business questions and support decision-making
- Collaborate across departments to align financial and operational goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or public accounting
- Strong Excel skills; Power BI or data visualization tools a plus
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong communication skills and ability to present to non-finance stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset with strong curiosity and attention to detail
