- Complete balance sheet and general ledger account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end close activities and deadlines
- Research discrepancies and help ensure accounts are accurate and properly supported
- Maintain accurate financial information within QuickBooks
- Support accounting activities across multiple systems during an ongoing system transition
- Prepare schedules, reports, and supporting accounting documentation
- Assist with audit preparation and respond to documentation requests
- Help maintain consistency and accuracy of financial data across accounting systems
- Partner with the accounting team on additional projects and process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Working knowledge of general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial data
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines
- Eagerness to learn and continue developing technical accounting skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or another ERP system is a plus, but not required
