- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, ETL processes, and enterprise reporting solutions
- Support ArcGIS platforms by developing maps, dashboards, and geospatial tools for operational analysis
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Manage and optimize ERP, including workflows, reporting, user roles, and system configurations
- Partner with Finance, HR, and Operations teams to improve workflows, reporting accuracy, and system performance
- Maintain data governance, documentation, and process improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate upgrades, and manage vendor relationships
- Support IT infrastructure and collaborate on long-term technology strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, GIS, or related field
- 3 years of experience in business systems analysis, BI, ERP administration, or related roles
- Strong experience with NetSuite, Power BI, SQL, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
- Experience with ArcGIS or other geospatial platforms preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and translate technical concepts for non-technical teams
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
