- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows OS, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and common business applications.
- IT asset management.
- Network support including IP, DNS, DHCP, switches, firewalls rules, and access points.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to support technology adoption in operational environments.
- Experience with BI platforms like Power BI or cloud-based data architecture.
- Familiarity with phone system integration and communication tools.
- Exposure to cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience supporting technology in industrial settings.
