Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive internal audits to assess financial accuracy, process efficiency, and policy compliance.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen internal controls.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure findings are communicated effectively and implemented.
- Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Assist with ad hoc analysis, projects, and special reviews as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of internal audit or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
