Key Responsibilities For The Role
- Recording payroll in ADP and managing all 401(k) contributions
- Allocating gross pay to jobs and ensuring accurate job costing
- Performing reconciliations for checking, savings, and related accounts
- Leading month-end close and preparing monthly financial statements
Qualifications For The Interim Controller
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but required)
- Leadership experience in accounting, ideally within project-driven industries
- Strong skills in payroll (ADP), job costing, reconciliations, and month-end close
- High attention to detail with the ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
