- Lead implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of corporate IT systems and network infrastructure
- Oversee Epicor Kinetic ERP and Laserfiche integration, including upgrades and custom reporting
- Ensure data integrity, system backups, and disaster recovery readiness
- Develop SSRS reports and facilitate metrics reporting for senior management
- Maintain corporate cybersecurity posture, including endpoint protection and managed detection
- Research and implement IT solutions to improve productivity and communication
- Manage IT specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support Internet-based solutions (email, VPN, remote access) and corporate communication systems
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure operational continuity
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Epicor Kinetic expertise and experience with Laserfiche
- Strong knowledge of SQL, SSRS, API integration, and general IT infrastructure
- Proven ability to lead IT initiatives and manage technical staff
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience with regulated environments and documentation standards
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
