Responsibilities
- Process biweekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and HR-related questions
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events
- Develop, distribute, and analyze employee surveys to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
- Track and report on employee engagement metrics and survey results
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes as needed
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience
- 3 years of Human Resources experience, including payroll and benefits administration
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and employee benefits programs
- Experience administering employee surveys and engagement initiatives preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
- Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, and Microsoft Office systems
