- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field preferred.

- Understanding of confidentiality, professionalism, and basic HR policies and procedures.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other technology-based systems.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently follow through on tasks.
