A growing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and support the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations functions
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage performance management and employee development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning efforts
  • Support employee engagement and retention programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5 years of Human Resources experience
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
