- Oversee all aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, safety, and compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals
- Manage benefits administration and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including management responsibilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
