Human Resources Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Partner with leadership to design and implement people strategies that support business goals and long-term growth.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, career development, and workplace issues.
- Develop and deliver training programs that promote leadership, safety, and professional growth.
- Champion a positive and inclusive company culture that values teamwork, communication, and recognition.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Use HR data and analytics to guide decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support safety initiatives and workers’ compensation processes in partnership with operations leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred.
