Human Resources Assistant | $19 - $24/hour | New Carlisle, IN

An established employer is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing details, and supporting a variety of HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support recruiting activities, including interview scheduling
• Assist with benefits administration and employee communications
• Prepare reports and HR correspondence
• Support employee events and engagement initiatives
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or HR experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Detail-oriented with a strong customer service mindset
