This individual will help ensure smooth HR processes and deliver exceptional support to employees across the organization.
Responsibilities Of The Human Resources Administrator
The Human Resources Administrator will:
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date HR files, employee records, and documentation.
- Respond to frequently asked questions regarding policies, benefits, and hiring procedures, escalating complex issues to senior HR staff as needed.
- Protect the confidentiality and integrity of all HR information and documents.
- Provide administrative and clerical support, including preparing content for benefit communications across various channels.
- Deliver strong customer service by monitoring and responding to employee requests promptly.
- Oversee completion and verification of Form I‑9 and maintain all corresponding documentation.
- Submit online background check requests and assist with new‑hire screening processes.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities for new hires and terminations.
- Serve as a back‑up resource for payroll processing.
- Perform additional HR duties and tasks as assigned.
The Human Resources Administrator should have:
- Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Experience using HRIS systems, payroll platforms, or related applications.
