- Process full-cycle biweekly payroll for 105 employees through Paylocity, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee questions related to payroll, benefits, HR policies, and general HR needs.
- Partner with benefits carriers, manage benefits enrollments, and assist with employee leave administration including FMLA.
- Coordinate onboarding, new hire orientation, exit interviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support recruiting efforts including job postings, candidate sourcing, offer creation, and partnering with hiring managers.
- 1 years of HR experience required; internship experience will be considered for entry-level candidates.
- Experience with payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS systems preferred.
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
