- The HR Coordinator will manage onboarding, HRIS data entry, employee records, and offboarding activities
- The HR Coordinator will respond to employee HR inquiries, support benefits administration, leave tracking, and performance review processes
- Assist with payroll support, HR documentation, compliance tracking, and personnel file maintenance
- Coordinate employee programs, orientation activities, and other HR projects as assigned
- 1-2 years of HR, administrative, payroll, or related support experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality
- Experience using an HRIS is required
