We are partnering with a stable organization to identify an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on payroll and benefits administration. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys supporting employees, and likes being the go-to resource for HR processes and questions.

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with payroll processing by reviewing time data, supporting payroll submissions, and helping resolve payroll-related questions
  • Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries related to health, retirement, and other benefit plans
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR, payroll, and benefits questions, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, system updates, and coordination with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation within HR and payroll systems
  • Provide general HR administrative support, including reporting, compliance tracking, and process coordination
