Key Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator
- Review and submit payroll while ensuring accurate time reporting, PTO tracking, and employee changes as the HR Coordinator
- Reconcile benefits billing and maintain alignment between employee elections and vendor records as the HR Coordinator
- Maintain HRIS records and ensure accuracy of employee data throughout the employee lifecycle as the HR Coordinator
- Administer employee leave programs, including FMLA, and maintain compliance documentation as the HR Coordinator
- Generate HR reports, support audits, and serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies as the HR Coordinator
- 3 years of HR operations experience with direct payroll and benefits reconciliation responsibility
- Experience working with HRIS platforms; Paylocity experience preferred
- Knowledge of HR compliance requirements, including FMLA, ADA, and I‑9 documentation, with strong Excel skills
