- Deliver accurate financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and support global consolidation requirements
- Partner with executive leadership on investment analysis, due diligence, entity structuring, and strategic initiatives
- Drive the development of a scalable, self-sufficient finance function capable of supporting long-term growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or CMA designation strongly preferred
- Prior experience within a family office, real estate, or investment management required
- Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP, multi-entity financial reporting, budgeting, and process improvement
- Experience working within international organizations and supporting cross-border finance operations
