Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide a positive first impression.
- Complete guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest requests and inquiries.
- Provide information on property amenities, services, local dining, and attractions.
- Resolve guest concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative and front desk duties as needed.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience; hotel front desk experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Opera experience is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
