Responsibilities Of The Front Office Senior Manager
- Oversee daily front office operations and ensure a seamless guest experience
- Lead, coach, and develop a service-driven team
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and service delivery
- Handle escalations and ensure effective service recovery
- Partner cross-functionally to support overall hotel operations
- Manage scheduling, labor, and departmental performance
- 3 years of front office leadership experience in an upscale setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Experience with hotel systems and operational metrics preferred
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
