FP&A Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst to step in and support our Finance team during an important growth phase. This interim role reports to the Senior Manager of FP&A and works closely with a collaborative, six-person team. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable jumping into a fast-moving environment with minimal ramp-up time.

What You’ll Be Doing As The FP&A Analyst

• Build, maintain, and refine financial models to support planning and strategic decisions
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports that provide clear, actionable insights
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting
• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as business needs arise
  
  

What We’re Looking For In The FP&A Analyst

• Proven FP&A experience with strong financial modeling skills
• Advanced Excel expertise (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Index-Match, complex formulas)
• Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and add value immediately
• Experience with Endur is a plus, but not required
• Strong analytical thinking, organization, and communication skills
