- Prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying trends and key performance drivers.
- Partner with business leaders to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and analysis.
- Create dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI.
- Assist with month-end close and variance analysis.
- Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives as needed.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reporting materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Big 4 (Audit or Advisory) experience highly preferred.
- Experience with OneStream or similar financial reporting tools.
- Advanced Excel skills including complex modeling and data analysis.
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
